The laser should be maintained daily before starting up.

1) Inspection of laser working gas and cutting gas: Check the cylinder of laser working gas

2) Check that the cooling water pressure is kept between 3.5 and 5Bar.

3) Check the temperature of the cooling water, the temperature of the water required by the selected laser is preferred.

4) Check the height of the oil level in the laser vacuum pump. If it is not enough, it needs to be added.

5) Check whether there is any leakage in the oil circuit, water circuit and gas circuit of the laser, and whether there is any leakage in the pneumatic components and pipe joints of the vacuum pump and resonant cavity.

7. Weekly maintenance of laser

1) Check whether the gas mixing unit of the laser has oil and water, and if so, clean it in time.

Li; Check the laser gas drying filter. If more than 1/4 of the color turns red or white, it needs to be replaced. Its normal color is blue.

2) Check the oil level of the vacuum pump and Luozi pump. If it is not enough, add it.

3) Check the filter of the chiller for impurities.

4) Check whether there are impurities in the cooling water circuit of the laser.

5) Check the condensate level in the compressed air separator (located in the air supply unit). Check the oil level of the vacuum pump (under the air supply unit). When the pump is in a cold state, the oil level should be between 5mm-0mm in the middle line of the oil window, and then add oil when necessary.

Check the oil level of Roots pump

The oil level in the gearbox of the Roots pump can be seen through the oil window on the end face of the gearbox. When the pump is turned off and in a cold state, the oil level should be between 5mm-0mm of the glass middle line. If necessary, the type of HTCL2100 oil should be added.

Semi-annual maintenance of the laser (or after 2000 hours of operation)

1) check the laser head cooling water pipe for corrosion, if there is to deal with or replace the pipeline.

2) Check whether the excitation power supply tank leaks.

3) Check whether the high-voltage cable is damaged.

4) Check and clean the inside of the laser resonator and all the lenses, including the front window mirror, tail mirror, reflector, etc.

5) After the internal lens of the laser is cleaned, the light mode of the laser should be readjusted until the correct mode is reached.

6) Replace the vacuum pump oil.

7) Replace the Roots pump oil.

8) Tighten all plugs carefully to ensure the air tightness of Roots pump.

9) There is a white plastic plug on the gas diverter at the outlet of Roots pump. Clean the plug and coat its inner surface with silicone grease. The purpose of this silicone grease is to adsorb and trap physical impurities in the circulating gas of the laser. (Only silicon-free high vacuum grease can be used, and the coating should be very thin).

10. Maintenance and maintenance of chillers

The chiller should be regularly maintained to ensure that the machine is in good condition.

If you work in the state, if you encounter a failure, you should ask professional and technical personnel to repair it, and you must not disassemble the machine by yourself.

Daily maintenance of chillers should pay attention to the following aspects:

1) Regularly clean the heat sink. The cleaning method is: use a brush to carefully brush the heat sink, then blow it clean with compressed air, and if necessary, use water to clean and rinse the special air conditioning fin cleaning agent (common name dust).

2) Dust the condenser regularly (the method is the same as above).

3) Regularly check the water level in the water tank of the chiller. If the water level is too low, add pure water or deionized water in time.

4) Regularly check the terminals of electrical appliances and remove dust (after power failure).

5) Regularly check whether the joints in the waterway system are leaking and whether the pipelines are aging. If there is any leakage, replace the relevant components in time.

6) Regularly check the water quality in the water tank of the chiller. If the water quality of the cooling water deteriorates, turbidity, and transparency decreases, all the deteriorated cooling water should be discharged in time and replaced with new cooling water.

7) Regularly clean the impurities on the filter element. If the filter element is damaged, it should be replaced in time. The replaced filter element must adopt the standard filter element required by the manufacturer.

11. Maintenance and maintenance of air compressor

1) Before all maintenance operations, the air compressor must be closed and the compressed air in the air storage tank must be drained;

2) Drain 3 to 8 times a day (depending on the air humidity), and drain the air and water in the air storage tank after work;

3) Clean the air filter every half month (the cleaning cycle should be shortened if the working environment is bad);
