laser cutting machine cutting quality is not good?
When the cutting quality of the fiber laser cutting machine is not good, it is recommended to conduct a general inspection first. The contents and sequence of the inspection are as follows:
1. Cutting height, it is recommended that the actual cutting height is between 0.8~1.2mm. If the actual cutting height is not allowed, calibration is required;
2. Cut the mouth, check whether the type and size of the cutting mouth are wrong, check whether the cutting mouth is damaged and whether the roundness is normal;
3. Optical center, it is recommended to use a 1.0 diameter cutting mouth for optical center examination, the focus is between -1~1, so that the light spot is small and easy to observe;
4. Protect the lens, check whether the lens is clean, and make it water-free, oil-free and slag-free. Sometimes because of the weather or the spread of gas and other reasons to protect the lens fog;
5. Focus check to see if the focus is set correctly. If there is no problem in all five items, then modify the parameters according to the phenomenon.
Common phenomena and parameter adjustment:
(1) cutting stainless steel hanging slag: there are many types of hanging slag. if only the corner hanging slag can be considered first, the corner rounding can be considered, and the focus can be reduced and the air pressure can be increased in terms of parameters. If the whole hard slag is hung, it is necessary to reduce the focus, increase the air pressure and increase the cutting nozzle, but if the focus is too low or the air pressure is too high, the section will be stratified and rough, the cutting speed can be appropriately increased or the cutting power can be reduced. If there is slag hanging on the side of the cutting, you can check whether the gas supply from the gas source is insufficient and the gas flow cannot keep up.
(2) cutting carbon steel section problem: thin plate section is not bright enough, thick plate section rough. If you want a bright section, you must first have a good plate, no rust, no paint and no oxide skin on the surface, and then the oxygen purity should be as high as over 99.5. When cutting, you should use a small cutting nozzle to double 1.0 or 1.2, the cutting speed should be faster than 2 m/min, and the cutting pressure should not be too large. If you want a good cutting section of thick plates, you must first ensure the purity of plates and gases, but at the same time the section taper will be greater.
